Supporting 100 household with Mobile hand washing station in Bova 1&2

With the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) last year, Association for Women Empowerment Cameroon-AWEC received a seed grant from the Pollination Project Team to join in sensitizing my local community about the measures of preventing the spread of the virus.

The project which was executed on 18th July 2020 provided 100 Households at Bova Village with mobile handwashing stations. Door-to-door sensitization and distribution of sanitary soaps were carried out. Educative posters carrying detailed information on how to prevent the spread of the virus were also posted at households.

Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, many are still losing their lives. In your own little way, where ever you are, join in the fight against this deadly virus. Let us continue to follow the preventive measures prescribed by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
