CAPACITY BUILDING FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS ON PASTRY (CAKES, FISH PIE)

AWEC in achieving her objectives of women and girls entrepreneurship for economic empowerment is training women and girls on pastry, cake making fish pie, we are also using made in Cameroon products we use transformed farm outputs, such as plantains, yams, cassava, potatoes, etc transformed into flour.

We also train on packaging, preservation, and creating markets linkages with consumers and producers so as to make the pastry business sustainable to improve the livelihood of these girls and women.

In this light we will also be hoping to get more support from goodwill donors to increase the number of women and girls, youths to build their capacity in entrepreneurship and also improving and introducing the made in Cameroon brand products to the world at large .reducing food insecurity, malnutrition and achieving food security.
