In fact, with the ever growing tech start-up market across the world, there are even more resources available for entrepreneurs and alike, making it easier and faster to launch a business.
Develop gender-sensitive multisectoral programmes and strategies to end social subordination of women and girls and to ensure their social and economic empowerment and equality.
Ensure women’s equal access to economic resources, including land, credit science and technology, vocational training, information, communication and markets, as a means to further the advancement and empowerment of women and girls, including through the enhancement of their capacities to enjoy the benefits of equal access to these resources, inter alia, by means of international cooperation Promote women’s economic independence, including employment, and eradicate the persistent and increasing burden of poverty on women by addressing the structural causes of poverty through changes in economic structures, ensuring equal access for all women, including those in rural areas, as vital development agents, to productive resources, opportunities and public services

Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts
The Association for Women Empowerment Cameroon is deeply concerned about Climate change and therefore aim to strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related hazards and natural disasters in all countries. We also assist in Improving education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation,
adaptation, impact reduction and early warnings. The faith of the earth we believe lies in our responsibility to manage earths’ natural resource, bearing in mind the future consequences.

Engaging women in projects to augment strategies to scale up climate smart agriculture Climate change impacts need to be accorded climate justice so as to mitigate the climate change challenges
Work with national ministries to provide high yielding seeds to women farmers. Seeds which are able to withstand continuing climatic challenges such as heavy rains and increasing temperatures.
Constant trainings offered to women farmers in collaboration with national extension workers to enable women farmers to adopt best climate resilient practices.
Work in synergy with national agricultural development organizations and environmental protection bodies to create public awareness about climate change challenges in the national territory and their communities in particular.
